Our Guiding Principle
It is our aim to support our patients along all stages of their journey from initial treatment through required diagnostics and therapy to follow-up and rehabilitation. Through our pre-admission consultations we provide our patients help and support in choosing the right treatment method.
A surgical procedure with implantation of an artificial joint is an important and far-reaching event in a person’s life. Our patients receive high-quality medical care based on acknowledged scientific findings, receive clear information and are invited to actively participate in their treatment planning. This is one of our core values, along with a caring attitude. To further improve our traditionally high standards and high-quality patient care we underwent the certification process to become a Certified Level III Endoprosthetics Center in 2013 and again in 2023, involving an external audit of the special criteria by EndoCert®.
At our Endoprosthetics Center, physicians from the Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery department work in a multidisciplinary collaboration with office-based general and specialist physicians, psychologists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation facilities in the region. We consider the multidisciplinary interchange as an important factor for the benefit of the patient.
