Please note that we accept no liability for the loss of valuables of any kind (in particular cash and other means of payment, valuables of any kind, jewelry, electronic devices such as laptops, cell phones, etc. and items of high personal value).
If you are planning to be admitted as an inpatient, please leave these items at home or otherwise ensure that they are not brought onto the ward.
If, contrary to our recommendation, you bring items as described above with you to an inpatient admission, we will only accept liability for items that have been handed in at the places of safekeeping at both locations.
In Landstuhl, items can be deposited against receipt at the gate, in Zweibrücken against receipt at the Central Patient Admission. Collection is possible on presentation of an identity card and receipt, where the items and any amounts of money etc. are noted. In Zweibrücken, collection is possible during the staffed hours of the patient reception Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 3.15 pm. Please note that no collection is possible on Fridays from 3 p.m. until 7 a.m. on Mondays.
We expressly reserve the right to refuse to store items at the gate/patient admission; in this case, we will work with you to find a solution.
