A multidisciplinary team led by chief physician Dr. med. Sascha Schläger has been providing joint replacement treatment for damaged hip, knee and shoulder joints for several decades.
At our endoprosthetics center, specialists from the Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery, Internal Medicine, Vascular Surgery, Radiology, Anesthesia and Physical Therapy departments, nursing staff and experts for technical orthopedics collaborate closely.
The Endoprosthetics Center supports all stages of the patient journey from initial treatment through diagnostics and therapy to follow-up and rehabilitation. At the center we offer the complete spectrum of primary surgery and revision procedures for hips and knee replacements. EndoCert® certification
After its initial certification in 2013, the Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery department was again certified as a Level III Endoprosthetics Center by EndoCert® in June 2023.
